It is easy to feel like crap. The more
down you go, the deeper you get. Then it is easy to feel like a victim, to feel
powerless. To become sick.
I’ve always said that being happy and healthy
is a matter of option and I still insist on it. Yes, everyone is vulnerable and
can unexpectedly sink, but trying to get up is a choice we have to make in the
end.
To be sad and to feel lost is a part of
the process. Embrace the pain, but let go (is easier said than done...). One of the ways how to escape these tortures
is to avoid what is haunting you. Not keeping in touch with what makes you feel
in pain is certainly a way how to heal faster. We are often in denial and we
say we’re ok with things that make us feel like crap. But to see the truth is
necessary to get out of the vicious circle.
Some people say that it takes a lot of
courage, I say it’s just an act of escaping insanity.
Courage to all who’re dealing with
something complicated. You can do it - there might be something amazing just around the corner...
